The lighters in HK enjoyed 2 hikings on 25/12/98 & 1/1/99

(1) Shing Mun Reservoir Walk The walk starts about 9:00AM near the main dam. It takes about 3 1/2 hrs. to complete the circle around the reservoir. But the walk is level & easy with the scenery of the lake on our left.

(2) Lamma Island Walk (Nan Ah Island) David Zai returned from China & stay in HK only 2 nights.Ivan Choi came to HK with his son Luis & stay for 2 days.Lawerence arrange an island walk they both can join.On 1/1/99 morning we catch a ferry to Lamma Island which take about 45 mins.The 2 hrs. walking journey lead throught market,resisdental area, & mountain trail with ocean view.We arrived another ferry point which is a seafood market with reataurants. We had a seafood lunch before taking a ferry back to HK.
